EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange/return, please send us an email at matriarchmadeMN@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Please be sure to include the item description and reason for your request. Exchanges/returns that are sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please allow us 7 days for processing once we receive your product.
RETURN SHIPPING: Exchange/return authorizations for items that are defective or shipped in error will include a prepaid shipping label for you. Shipping fees incurred due to exchanges/returns for any other reason will be the responsibility of the customer.
CONDITION OF ITEMS: Except for items that were received damaged, items can be "open box" but must be unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging.
